School Leadership Pipeline Series, Part 1: Meeting Colorado's Demand for Excellent Leaders
The Donnell-Kay Foundation is pleased to announce that we are releasing the first report of our "School Leadership Pipeline Series." Recognizing the central role that school leadership plays in advancing student achievement gains, the Donnell-Kay Foundation conducted a survey of Colorado's superintendents and leaders of Colorado's charter management organizations (CMOs) to better understand the school leadership landscape in our state. The goal of this series is to inform ongoing state and district efforts to build a robust human capital pipeline to educate our state's students. Based on the results of the survey and subsequent research, the Donnell-Kay Foundation is releasing a series of policy papers examining Colorado's school leadership pipeline.
